Florida State, Florida State, Florida State, WHOOO!

On Saturday, Jordan and I went to the FSU vs. Wake forest game with my parents to watch my sister Libby cheer! We went up to the university center to have lunch and hang out before the game started. It was a good day because the FSU AND AUBURN won!!!!!

WARRRRRRRR EAGLE!!

We are Engaged!!

Going to the Chapel and were... Going to get MARRIED!!

So, I always wanted to have a blog, but I said I wasn't going to start one until I have a good reason to... and I think being engaged is the perfect reason!!
How it happened...

Two weeks ago Rebecca ( Jordan's Sister) told me that she wanted to take some family pictures since Kate ( Jordan's,now soon to be my, niece) just turned one. She asked me if I  would like to be in them, and of course I said I would love too! We picked out the time, place, and outfits we were going to wear and I didn't think anything of it! On Friday, Jordan picked me up from where I was getting my hair done and we headed to Maclay Gardens , where we were supposed to meet everyone to take the pictures. When we pulled up, Jordan's dad's car was already in the parking lot, so we headed into the gardens to find everyone. As we were walking down the brick pathway, Jordan decided to stop at a beautiful pavilion that had a background view of Lake Maclay.  He confessed to me that there weren't actually going to be any pictures, and there was something he had to give me.  Once he said this, he pulled out a beautiful polished wooden box and opened it up. He then got down on one knee, as I started to freak out, and finally realized what was happening.  After catching my breath and nodding my head, I said "YES!!!". Of course then we hugged and kissed and were just thrilled to be ENGAGED! After we got back to my car, he told me that he had another surprise for me. There has been a little Italian restaurant I have always wanted to try, but Jordan had never taken me there. Well he said that all of our close family members were waiting at Bella Bella (the little italian restaurant) for us to celebrate!! As soon as we got to the restaurant, we were both showered with congratulations and hugs from everyone! I was so excited to share this moment with not only My parents, sister, and Godmother, but also Jordan's parents, sister, and neice! It was such a magical night for us and I couldn't be more happy or blessed to be marrying my best friend and am so excited for these next long months of wedding planning!
